Madrid, 12.6.2013 – Federal Councillor Didier Burkhalter highlighted Switzerland’s commitment to the abolition of the death penalty on the World Congress. Switzerland aims to ensure that States which have not as yet abolished the death penalty place a moratorium on its use.
