International Law Day 2012: «International Humanitarian Law or the Effort to Humanise War»

On 19 October 2012 the Directorate for International Law of the FDFA holded its traditional International Law Day in the Grand Council Chamber of the Canton Bern. The aim of this event is to discuss current issues from the perspective of international law. That year the International Law Day dealed with the following subject: International Humanitarian Law or the Effort to Humanise War.
