• Visa inquiries may be made either through the premium rate number 0906 577 1222 answered by a member of staff at the Swiss Visa Centre, from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30 or via the following email address:  visaswiss.uk@vfshelpline.com
• Calls to the premium rate number will be charged at £1.50 per minute
• No appointment is required to pick up the passport with the visa on
  the following working day.
• For postal applications please click “Postal application” on the right-hand-side
  of this webpage. Applications sent directly to this Embassy will not be dealt with.
• NEW: for inquiries regarding work- and residence-permits as well as study- or
