Applicants should mention their full name, passport no., date and purpose of travel. Emails will be answered within one business day.

It is advisable to reach us via email as the telephone service may be temporarily overloaded because of high caller volume.
Visa applications will be processed by appointment only. The visa application can be submitted at the earliest 3 months and at the latest 15 days before the scheduled journey.
Applicants who already received a Swiss visa do not need to appear in person for the appointment unless requested.

After application, allow a minimum of three working days for processing.
The passport can be collected on the following days:
Monday–Thursday: 15:00–15:30
Friday: 12:00–12:30
Holders of Turkish diplomatic or special passports can travel visa free for stays up to a maximum of 90 days within 6 months if the journey is not subject to authorisation.
In order to encourage bilateral trade relations between Switzerland and Turkey, members of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Turkey have the following advantages when applying for a visa:
- Quick buildup of long term multiple entry visa
- Quick handling of the application (usually the passport can be collected the next working day)
- Fewer supporting documents needed
The new rules apply for Swiss Chamber of Commerce members (and employees of member companies) who travel on business to Switzerland and have already stayed at least once in the Schengen Area.
