The Department of Culture and Education provides and distributes materials on Switzerland in various languages and gives information on the cultural scene in Switzerland. It encourages cooperation with American institutions in a variety of projects in New York and in the Northeastern part of the USA (in arts, architecture, and design). It keeps in touch with its interested public through the electronic newsletter “Swiss events in New York” and its website.

Switzerland-in-sight: A collection of files, containing a teaching manual and a class set of five units devoted to landscape and habitat, economy and science, people and society and Federalism and Multilingualism. A very appropriate teaching material, including a manual, for foreign language teachers available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese.
