The FDFA HelpLine is the contact point for any suggestions you may have concerning the administrative aspects of the Consular Services of our missions abroad. Consular Services are responsible for the following services:

  • Transmission of foreign civil status documents
  • Issuing I.D. papers (Swiss passports and I.D. cards)
  • Registration
  • Authentications, confirmations, and certifications
  • Questions concerning citizenship
  • Lost and found property
  • Deposited documents and valuables
