Livelihood Improvement Project Samangan (LIPS)

The overall goal of LIPS is to reduce poverty and vulnerability in the three districts of Hazarat I Sultan, Aybak and Khuram wa Sarbagh in the Samangan Province. The objective of LIPS is to increase livelihoods options in disadvantaged communities through building self-sustained local governance structures and strengthening local capacity for inclusive, participative development.
