Civil Service Leadership Development Programme
The specific objectives of the programme are to (a) develop and implement policies and strategies for institutional strengthening and organizational reforms in government entities, (b) establish working mechanisms for implementing required training programmes for civil service in line with the ANDS monitoring framework and the Public Administration Reform (PAR) strategy in Afghanistan. The expected outcomes of the programme are (1) line departments at provincial and district levels are increasingly able to deliver better services to the public, and (2) the Independent Administration Reform and Civil Service Commission is enabled to implement the Public Administrative Reform successfully in targeted regions.
