Outcomes (objectives] of ttie phase: (i) An apprenticeship model has been introduced and tested in the leather industry and is ready for up-scaling and replication. (ii) The skills and employabiüty of selected workers in the leather industry has increased. (iii) Cooperation between key stakeholders in the field of skills development in the leather industry is institutionalized and synergetic.
