The main goal of the project is to strengthen through a Masters Course on disaster man-agement at university level the technical capacities of responsible agencies on national and local levels to identify, assess and evaluate the prevailing hazards, vulnerabilities and risks and to manage risks and disasters thus increasing their effectiveness and efficiency of to fulfil their mandates in the field of DRR and CCA.
