Outcomes (Objectives) of the Phase: 1) BARD, RDA and NILG acquire the values, attitudes and competencies essential for strategic develop-ment and organisational change. 2) Key stakeholders provide support and commitment to transform BARD RDA and NILG into leading dy-namic organisations in the capacity development and research domains of Bangladesh’s Local Governance sector.
