Sustainable Solutions for the Delivery of Safe Drinking Water
Since 1999, the project Sustainable Solutions for the Delivery of Safe Drinking Water has been combining social mobilisation and small WatSan infrastructure to improve poor people’s access to water and sanitation and strengthening their voice in interaction with local authorities. While the main project was completed by the end of the 4th project phase, the aim of this short final phase is to consolidate the intervention in an additional geographic area, which was included in the project as a result of the “0.5% bill” in 2011.
