Hallo is a solo performance by Martin Zimmermann, an acclaimed Swiss choreographer and physical actor, with elements of mime, dance, circus and tragicomedy.  He attempts to unravel his own absurd humor of his inner life inside out and get a grip on his whimsical thought processes.  For the setting of Hallo, Martin has chosen a frame structure, turning it into a shop-window-type space to present a tragicomic figure driven by the desire to become what he appears to be.  The staid and seemingly static framework turns out to be much more dynamic and fragile than one thought.  He tries to adapt to the increasingly out of control world, where oobjects come alive, flying around his head, magic overflows the space, eliminating the border between fiction and reality.
