Outcome 1: Reinforcement of basic health care, through improvement of health infrastructures and health management systems. Outcome 2: Access to safe water and basic sanitation has increased, including the correct use and maintenance of the respective infrastructures. Outcome 3: Improvement of food security and nutrition, through promoting local production of food.
