“Insights into the new challenges in protecting cultural property”

Saving Prehistoric Antiquities under Threat is a three-year (2013-2016) research project jointly funded by the Cyprus Department of Antiquities and the Swiss Federal Office of Culture, which foresees the digitization, the study and documentation of movable cultural property from archaeological sites in the north of Cyprus now housed in the Cyprus Museum.

To mark the successful conclusion of this cooperation, the Embassy of Switzerland has the pleasure to announce the lecture by Professor Dr. Jean-Robert Gisler (Université de Fribourg) entitled "Insights into the new challenges in protecting cultural property"

on Friday, 23 September 2016 at 18.30h at the Ethnological Museum (Hadjigeorgakis Kornesios Mansion) at Patriarchiou Grigoriou 20, 1016 Nicosia.
