CAIRO, Egypt – The Embassy of Switzerland and Pro Helvetia, the Swiss Arts Council, are bringing to Egypt in October “Cactus Flower,” a contemporary dance performance.
“Cactus Flower is a great example of cultures successfully teaming together in a creative energetic performance. We are delighted with the collaboration between Switzerland’s Seiler, Egypt’s Elkoussy and the talented Egyptian cast. Cultural exchange is a keystone of Switzerland’s cooperation with Egypt,” said Markus Leitner, the Ambassador of Switzerland to Egypt.
Cactus Flower will be performed on 4th and 5th October at the AUC Falaki Theatre in Cairo, and on 10th October at the Alexandria Library. All performances are at 8:pm.
