The Swiss Cooperation Office for the South Caucasus (SCO) invites applications for the provision of short-term technical assistance. The assignment implies a mission to Georgia and Armenia for designing the project in support of developing national animal identification and registration systems. The Terms of Reference of the assignment are attached.
