Specific Objective: 1) Teachers and students coming from masters programme, post graduate and under-graduate courses of the Honduran Institute of Earth Sciences have developed and strengthened their research capacities in the areas of flooding, slope instability and seismic hazards. 2) Knowledge management systems have been elaborated so as to exchange and transfer knowledge of hazard and risk management, including maps and technical studies.
