Alice from Switzerland: A Visionary Artist and Scholar Across Two Continents

The exhibition encompasses artworks from the collection of Alice Boner Institute - once the home of Alice Boner- and Bharat Kala Bhavan - a museum which houses a permanent gallery on Alice Boner. It  highlights the contributions of this pioneering artist and scholar of Indian art and art history who made Varanasi her home for over four decades of her life (1931-78).

Opening in presence of the Ambassador of Switzerland to India and Bhutan, Dr. Andreas Baum, on Tuesday, 21st February 2017, 03.00 pm. 

On view till 21st March 2017, Monday to Saturday, 10.30 am to 4.30 pm

Entry: Indian national Rs 10/-, Foreign national Rs. 150 /- per person 

The exhibition is presented in Varanasi jointly by Alice Boner Institute Varanasi and Bharat Kala Bhavan Museum.
