An ensemble of international stars playing the largest orchestral scores in a spirit of friendship and chamber music-like enlightenment, the LUCERNE FESTIVAL ORCHESTRA returns to Japan for the rst time in 11 years.
Led by its music director Maestro Riccardo Chailly, the orchestra will play Beethoven, Richard Strauss, Stravinski and more. Apart from the orchestra's tour, Lucerne Festival also presents Ark Nova, the world's rst in-atable concert hall, in Tokyo Midtown. Activities take place on October 1st, 2nd and 4th.
