For the 15th Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival (YIDFF), the Swiss Filmmaker Fredi M. Murer, known as a leader of the Nouveau Cinema mouvement in Switzerland, is the focus of a special program: «Resonant Bodies - Fredi M. Murer Retrospective».
It will feature early works such as documentaries and experimental lms. A Swiss Film, «Calabria», directed by Swiss director Pierre-François Sauter, is also selected for the International Competition Program this year.
