Acclaimed Swiss pianist Christoph Stiefel is coming to Japan for his longawaited first tour, including a performance at Tokyo Jazz festival, together with bassist Lukas Traxel and drummer Tobias Backhaus.

Their Inner Language Trio develops its unique sound by bringing together influences from jazz, classical music as well as a compositional technique from the Middle Ages called «isorhythm».
