15th Annual Meeting of the ISC St. Gallen Club of Japan

The 15th Annual Meeting of the ISC St. Gallen Club of Japan, the alumni organization of the St. Gallen Symposium, took place at the Swiss Ambassador’s residence on April 4th.

The meeting was followed by a reception hosted by Ambassador Jean-François Paroz, Honorary President of the Club, in presence of Mr. Toyoo Gyohten, the President of the Club as well as Mr. Dominic Baumann, Interim CEO of the St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies. In attendance were the Leaders of Tomorrow, the notable Japanese delegation to the coming 47th St. Gallen Symposium, past participants and supporters of the Symposium as well as alumni of University of St. Gallen. In his speech, the Ambassador mentioned that the Club was established in March, 2003 in order to contribute to the success of the St. Gallen Symposium by promoting the Japanese participation to it as well as to enhance friendship among members. Thanks to the activity of the Club, Japan has become one of the most actively participating country to the Symposium.
