Nakanojo, a small town in Gunma, has been certied as one of the most beautiful villages in Japan by the non-prot organization «The Most Beautiful Villagesin Japan».
Since 2007, artists have been living and creating in the region together with local residents. Swiss artist Nadja Solari will join «The 6th Nakanojo Biennale». Based in Basel, Solari has recently taken part in the Swiss Art Award 2017, Switzerland's oldest and most renowned art competition.
