United by the meaning of their name, the 16 member-cities of the "Newcastles of the World Alliance" come from 14 di erent countries, including the city of Neuchâtel in Switzerland. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the alliance, a delegation of Neuchâtel will participate in a rich cultural program along with other member-cities, in Shinshiro City, Aichi.
For this occasion, the city will also host an exhibition on Swiss photography pioneer Pierre Rossier.
