UNRWA Watermanagment Camps
Project completed
Disease prevention and control are ensured for the population of Beddawi, Mar Elias, Shatila, Burj EI Barajneh, Mia-Mia, Wavel, and Dbayeh Palestine Refugee camps through the provision of access to safe potable water. The expected outcomes are: (1) Safe potable water is produced in sufficient quantity and at affordable price for 70'000 registered Palestine refugees. (2) Capacity building and transfer of knowledge of the respective camp communities (Shatila, Burj el-Barajneh and Mar Elias) is achieved.
