Favoriser l’intégration des pays d’Europe du Sud-Est dans les programmes de formation européens. Mise en œuvre: Le secrétariat de l’ERI à Zagreb est fermé depuis juin 2010 ; un nouveau bureau est mis sur pied à Belgrade. Le Centre pour la politique de l’éducation (CEP) assume provisoirement l’organisation de divers séminaires, cours, voyages d’études et consultations régionales, ainsi que de deux rencontres annuelles des ministres de l’éducation.
