This year marks 20th anniversary of the development cooperation between Switzerland and Moldova. A public event to be attended by up to 300 people was initially planned to take place in June in the garden of the National Museum in Chisinau. The Covid-19 pandemic had all that cancelled. Instead, an online campaign to inform about the results of cooperation was launched on the Swiss National Day, 1st of August. The campaign was also designed to promote values of diversity, social inclusion and equality that are all part of the Swiss funded initiatives in Moldova.

Twenty stories, produced as part of the campaign, tell about the changes in lives of different people brought by the Swiss-supported interventions. The protagonists of these stories range from people in countryside that are developing their family business and communities, former detainees, rural women trainers in ICT as well as high-level officials in Moldova’s Economy and Foreign ministries.
