Situation in Moldova regarding COVID-19

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared on 11 March 2020 that the current outbreak can be described as a pandemic. Today there is a risk of infection with the new coronavirus in all regions of the world. For information relating to the new coronavirus (COVID-19), in particular the information and instructions of the local authorities (https://cancelaria.gov.md/ro/node/6463 and https://gov.md/ro/content/informatii-privind-coronavirus ) and the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) must be observed. At the federal level, the Federal Office of Public Health OPH informs the population about the coronavirus COVID-19.

The conclusions of the visit will shape the strategic vision of the Swiss development assistance to Moldova for the years 2018-2021.
