“I noticed that art valuation is low and there is not proper support to artists in Mongolia. So, first of all, I decided to personally support the arts sector of Mongolia. In order to develop the relationship between Mongolia and Switzerland, we have worked to support the arts sector. I initiated the Swiss Ambassador Award and it took two years to realize it” said Ambassador Jean-Jacques de Dardel.

This Prize will be granted once a year and will reward an artistic project under the form of a three months scholarship in a Swiss school and the publication of a catalogue.
