Aguasan Institutional Support & Policy Dialogue

WatSan service delivery for rural populations is improved, thanks to an effective implementation of the decentralization process resulting from a strengthened policy dialogue on decentralized rural WatSan service delivery with the National Water Directorate (DNA), the Northern Provincial Directorates and like minded cooperation partners, and capacity building at local level.
