Outcomes (objectives) of the phase: Through the strengthened BOGs Secretariat, the donors will analyse and address operational space issues in view of the following outcomes: 1) Operational space as well as security and safety of development workers in Nepal are ensured. 2) Issues on BOGs violations are identified within the BOGs group and taken up at policy level.
