Before coming to Warsaw, Mr Beltrani worked as director of the Swiss Cooperation Office in Ukraine, following his role as deputy director of the Swiss Cooperation Office in Kosovo. Between 2008 and 2011, he was based in Switzerland working within Evaluation and Controlling at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and earlier as director of the Environmental Economics Division at Ernst Basler.
Mr Python, following his 4-year posting to Poland, moves on to head the Swiss Contribution Offices in Romania and Bulgaria.
