The overall objective of the program is to strengthen capacities of government institutions in trade policy making to contribute to the promotion of inclusive and sustainable trade. This program will complement other projects supported by Switzerland in the field of trade promotion such as the Swiss Import Promotion Program (SIPPO) or the Global Trade Facilitation Program.
