In Bijelo Polje the Ambassador was received by representatives of the Municipal Assembly, who also accompanied him on a visit to the production plant of the Swiss company Trunz Montenegro doo. In Podgorica, the Ambassador had official talks with the Minister of Finance, Mr. Aleksandar Damjanovic, and the Director General of Consular Affairs and Diaspora of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mrs. Stanica Popovic, and exchanged views with representatives of the diplomatic community, the EU, the UN and civil society.

The stay was rounded off with a Business Round Table at The Chedi Hotel in Lustica Bay, attended by 25 representatives of Swiss companies active in Montenegro in a wide range of sectors. The presence of Mr. Pavle Radovanovic, Vice President of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, and Mr. Mladen Grgic, Director of the National Investment Agency, allowed for a substantial discussion on current questions of economic development and further improving the business environment.
