Children under 18 years must be accompanied by their parents or by their legal guardian. Both parents must present a valid passport or identity card. The identity document must bear a legible signature of the holder. South African ID booklets can only be accepted if issued less than 5 years ago and must be presented in combination with the driver’s license.
Please note that you must bring the consent form to the appointment.
That authorization has to be completed and signed by the custodian/s and must be submitted together with the relevant documentation, regardless whether both custodians are presenting themselves. One form to be completed per child.
