The second phase of this project aims at bridging information gaps related to hard-to-reach conflict affected areas in South Sudan in order to ensure an informed and effective humanitarian response to the needs of the affected communities. This will involve assessments of Hard to Reach Areas, using remote data collection methods, as well as direct primary data collection in secure and accessible locations within and outside South Sudan.
