Radio Miraya is a partnership between Fondation Hirondelle and the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS). Created in June 2006 to support the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA), Miraya is now the only independent broadcaster with National reach in the new Republic of South Sudan, born in 07.2011. Miraya’s mission is to accompany the creation of a democratic, peaceful and stable new State in South Sudan.
