On 14th of June, the newly formed “R.O.C. – Switzerland Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Association” was inaugurated at the Legislative Yuan. The association comprises of 39 Legislators with Hsu Yu-Jen as its chairman. Wang Jin-pyng, previous President of the Legislative Yuan, Lin Jih-jia, Secretary General of the Legislative Yuan and Wu Chih-Chung, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs presided over the inauguration. Rolf Frei, Director of the Trade Office of Swiss Industries, was invited to witness this significant event.
