To celebrate its 20^th anniversary since its foundation in 1998, the 11^th edition of Taiwan International Documentary Festival (TIDF) which will be held from the 4^th to 13^th May 2018, will feature a wide range of different works in accordance with their core mission to “re-encounter reality”.

Among the 15 titles that have been selected for the International Competition is the Swiss documentary “Hotel Jugoslavija” (南斯拉夫大飯店) by director Nicolas Wagnières. In the 78 min-film, the director – of Yugoslavian origin - takes us in a journey through the times and spaces of the symbolic building and explores a collective unconscious as well as a part of his own identity.

The Asia Premiere of the documentary during TIDF is scheduled for two screenings with the following details:

● 6^th May (SUN) at 13:30 pm / Shin Kong Cineplex 2

● 9^th May (WED) at 10: 00 am / Shin Kong Cineplex 1

Another delight in the program is Nicolas Wagnières’ attendance at both screenings and post-screening discussion.
