Sami is a song-writer with little ambition. He finds his life falling apart, when his girlfriend Julia, a smart jurist he has been living with for five years, asks him to take a break. His old friend Fernand, country guy and alcoholic, who lives in an old peoples retreat tries to coach him through his crisis. He will have to try even the impossible: to make her believe that she is the love of his life.
