Support to Inclusive Political Dialogue
Amid rising political tensions and declining trust between key political actors, this intervention contributes to democratic governance, conflict prevention and the respect of human rights in Tanzania by supporting the Tanzania Center for Democracy (TCD). The latter will facilitate inclusive political dialogue ahead of the 2025 general elections, contribute to civic and electoral education, and enhance women and youth’s political participation. Co-funded with the Irish Embassy, the project promotes peaceful, participatory and credible electoral processes.
