Le projet vise à soutenir la réforme de la justice actuellement en cours, en mettant l’accent sur l’indépendance des juges. Le centre d’études judiciaires (Centre for Judicial Studies, CSJ), l’association indépendante des juges d’Ukraine et le conseil de la magistrature assurent ensemble la réalisation du projet.
