Practical information

The conference will take place on 29 June 2018 at the BERNEXPO in Bern, Festhalle (building 4). Participants can visit the partner exhibition from 12pm on. Light refreshments will also be available. The conference begins at 1pm and will be followed by a networking drinks reception.

Arrival

From Bern’s central train station:

Tram no. 9 (direction ‘Wankdorf Bahnhof’) to ‘Guisanplatz Expo’ stop

S-Bahn no. S1/S2/S3/S4/S31/S44 to ‘Bern Wankdorf’, then tram no. 9 to ‘Guisanplatz Expo’

Car: The conference location is a few hundred meters from the Wankdorf motorway junction. At the junction, follow signs to ‘BERNEXPO’/‘expo’. There is ample parking on the expo grounds or nearby (metered).

Costs and refreshments

Participation is free of charge and open to all. Light refreshments will be served at lunchtime followed by a drinks reception after the conference.

Languages

German, French and English, with simultaneous interpretation into these languages and Italian.
