Contributions de programme aux ONG suisses

Project completed

Social participation of youth is an objective and at the same time a condition for sustainable development. Marginalized youth in Latin America and Africa have difficult access to education and health. Youth unemployment worldwide has risen dramatically in the last years. Youth, especially girls, are far more exposed to HIV-Aids and violence than adults. In order to achieve commonly agreed development goals (MDGs) young people have to be at the center of development strategies. Tdh Schweiz empowers young people to identify and use opportunities of participation and advocates in communities to take responsibility for needs and rights of marginalized youth.
