Improving humanitarian policy and practice by providing support to HERE-Geneva, a new Geneva-based actor working on humanitarian policy
Independent research and dialogue on policy and practice is indispensable to improving the effectiveness and quality of humanitarian action. Working in close collaboration with governments, operational humanitarian actors, and others, HERE-Geneva delivers independent reports and studies based on research and evidence with a view to influencing policy and changing behaviour.

Resultados previstos: HERE-Geneva will have consolidated its basis and profile as a critical player in the Geneva humanitarian environment delivering key messages on fundamental humanitarian issues. Resultados de las fases anteriores: HERE-Geneva has delivered key messages in relation to upholding fundamental humanitarian norms in the context of the World Humanitarian Summit (WHS). It has also managed to develop a narrative that has brought the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (ICRC and IFRC) closer together. |
