Sino-Swiss Management Training Program for Sustainable Development (SSMTP4SD)

The SSMTP4SD is the new phase of the bilateral cooperation program between the Chinese Training Centre for Senior Personnel Management (CTCSPMO) and SDC. While it will continue to foster the modernization of human resources management and the development of civil servants in China, the program will focus its activities on environmental and social issues for the coming four years in line with China’s need and willingness to achieve sustainable economic development.

WFP - Food Aid Swiss Dairy Products (Kenya)

Through the usage of food aid in the form of Swiss dairy products, Swiss Humanitarian Aid contributes to the prevention and treatment of malnutrition, undernourishment, and disease. The SDC’s Humanitarian Aid administers the credit granted by parliament for a yearly amount of some CHF 20 million destined for the purchase of Swiss dairy products and their use for the benefit of the needy. Its task is to ensure a sustainable, targeted, and closely monitored food aid.

Providing for Health P4H is a global network of multi- and bilateral development partners and banks who are working on social health protection. The network was founded in 2008 at the G8 in Heiligendamm by France and Germany and comprises currently the following partner: WHO, ILO, WB, AFDB, Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain and the United States of America. The network is supporting currently 23 countries in their creation and extension of social health protection systems.

Le Centre international pour le recouvrement d'avoirs volés (International Center for Asset Recovery, ICAR) est un centre de compétences indépendant à but non lucratif spécialisé dans le recouvrement d'avoirs. Sa mission est d'aider les pays en développement à recouvrer leurs avoirs volés. Depuis sa création en 2006, la DDC le soutient car il est un partenaire stratégique important à l'échelon international. Le recouvrement d'avoirs revêt une forte importance politique pour la Confédération, qui a joué un rôle de pionnier en prenant des mesures légales contre le dépôt d’avoirs volés dans des banques suisses et en restituant ces derniers à leurs propriétaires légitimes.
