LEB UNDP: Contribution to support to host communities through WASH [BSL]
The increased number of Syrian refugees fleeing to Lebanon especiaily to the Governorate of the North has put enormous pressure an the infrastructure and services of the hosting municipalities. Municipal services such as water, solid waste management, sewage system, electricity have become insufficient to cover the enormous needs of the hosting communities and refugees. This has resulted in tension between host communities and refugees.
