The two countries have concluded agreements on exchanging tax information and reciprocal visa-free access for holders of a diplomatic, service or official passport. The Swiss embassy in Caracas represents Swiss interests in Grenada.
There is very little trade between Switzerland and Grenada. In 2015 Switzerland imported goods worth CHF 1.47 million; exports amounted to CHF 0.17 million. Grenada's main export is nutmeg. Swiss exports are mainly watches and metal products.

Scholars and artists from Grenada can apply to the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships.

History of bilateral relations
Switzerland recognised Grenada's independence in 1974. The two countries have maintained diplomatic relations since 1981. Switzerland assisted with rebuilding the Grenada National Stadium after a hurricane in 2004.
