Transport Center in Legionowo
22.10.2009
- 31.03.2017
Legionowo is a fast growing city of more than 50'000 inhabitants, located some 20 km to the north of Poland’s capital Warsaw. Today, different public transport modes (national, regional, local buses, trains) do not exploit their full potential. One of the key reasons is the lack of a proper transportation hub with adequate passenger services. However, the potential of public transport is huge. The aim of the project is therefore to build an integrated rail and bus station (Transport Center Legionowo), fully equipped with an electronic passenger information system, and with Park & Ride Facility.

01.10.2009
- 31.08.2015
A tutt’oggi in Slovenia l’energia «verde» proviene quasi esclusivamente dalle centrali idroelettriche.

02.09.2009
- 31.12.2016
Despite major reforms by the New EU Member States to their legal and regulatory frameworks governing corporate sector accounting and auditing, there is a substantial unfinished institutional development agenda in the field of financial reporting. The Financial Reporting Technical Assistance Program provides support to five national administrations (in Poland as well as in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia) which face capacity constraints and challenges in fully implementing, both in law and in practice, the very demanding obligations imposed by the rapidly-evolving acquis communautaire in this field.

Enhancement of regional competitiveness through Corporate Social Responsibility measures
01.06.2009
- 28.02.2017
Recent research has shown a strong link between national Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) factors and the level of innovativeness in a country. In Poland the CSR concept is relatively new and has not been incorporated in the enterprises’ development policy yet. The project aims at improving the awareness and know-how in the field of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. Through pilot projects, support will be given to approximately 90 small and medium-sized enterprises taking concrete measures such as improving social labour standards, fighting corruption, protecting the environment and making greater use of renewable energy sources.
